Why We Like Living Here and Why You Will Too!

 

The Things We have Enjoyed Most About Living Here Are: 
We have loved how close this location is to all interstate access, grocery stores, Concord Mills and local conveniences.  It is very easy to get to Uptown or Lake Norman from this area.  It is an active lifestyle, dog friendly, golf course community.  The HOA does a fabulous job of landscaping and maintaining the property.  We LOVE Cabarrus County tax rates!

We Enjoyed This Particular Floorplan Because: 
We love the three story layout.  The attached garage is one of our favorite features, especially for bringing groceries in on a rainy day.  On the lower level, you have a large bottom floor that is a fourth bedroom or a large bonus space.  It has a full bath and large walk-in closet for storage with a screened porch.  The middle level is open and airy and we love the gas fireplace.  The kitchen has an extra closet for storing my entire chef worthy kitchen gadget collection and we love the balcony off of the kitchen.  Upstairs we have our master bedroom and 2 additional rooms including a guest bath and laundry closet.  We love the separate shower and garden tub in our Master bathroom.
 
Some Things You May Want to Know Are: 
This townhome is very quiet and we have never heard our next door neighbors.  This was a former model home and came with a lot of upgrades.  The carpet, fixtures and countertops are all upgrades.  We love the zodiac quartz counters in the kitchen and the antique bronze fixtures throughout the whole home are our favorite.  We love the upgraded oversized tiles in the kitchen, under cabinet lighting and tiled backsplash.  The home also features all Jenn Air appliances.  It features hardwood floors on the main level and all of the carpet was upgraded.  The whole home is Sherwin Williams paint with a color scheme that was professionally chosen.
