11214 Bridgewater Drive #21 - Huntersville

WHAT OUR SELLERS SAY:

Why do we like living at 11214 Bridgewater Drive:
Huntersville is an up and coming luscious township, surrounded by other desirable “worlds.” Within 20 minutes we could be at quaint Cornelius or Davidson, beautiful Lake Norman, proximity to Charlotte’s city center, with easy access to great shops, restaurants, parks, banks, museums, and race track!

Skybrook is a quiet, safe, friendly and pristine community.  Our townhome was selected because it offers all the benefits a stand-alone home –it is a private and calming oasis, backing up to a ravine and lovely pond, both of which stimulate relaxation after a hectic work day.

We have been blessed during our stay here and are saddened to let it go.  We hope what it has to offer will also be valued by its new family members.

7340 Sedgebrook Drive - Stanley

THE SELLER SAYS:
The things we have enjoyed most about living at 7340 Sedgebrook Drive are….
We would say that the Gates (“The Gates” is what all of us living here call it-but no one else can!) for as large of a neighborhood as it is still is a close-knit community as well as being probably one of the most quieter neighborhoods around.  We are exactly 12 minutes from the Starbucks at Birkdale as well as shopping-but we do not have the hustle and bustle of living in an area with a ton of traffic.  We have the “small town feel” and some of the greatest activity within minutes. The Denver area has done an incredible job of maintaining growth while at the same time allowing “needed” businesses to open.  There is a huge commitment to shopping local in our area.

What our neighbors are like…..
What was really important for us in finding a neighborhood that fit our familiy was diversity.  We have that at The Gates.  This is not a neighborhood just filled with young families or grown kids or older couples setteling down.  We have it all!  Again it is like a village.  There is no crime to speak of and even though we may not know each and every person…you know who belongs here and neighbors are quick to call on any suspicious activity.  We can easily go into our backyard or large front porch and see people we know drive by or walk over yet still  have the privacy we love.

We enjoy this particular house/floorplan because…..
We love our front porch!!!!  Private yet we can see what is going on in our village.  Our living space is the perfect size while we have the whole basement as a gathering room for the kids and their friends or the guys when they want to watch the game on Sunday.  The separate master size bedroom and bath in the basement has been a God-send!  Our guests have their own area when they come to visit.  Probably one of the wonderful attributes of our house is the massive storage space.  Everyone should have this much in their home.

Some things you may want to know are…….
Our community has many activities throughout the year. I think the most popular one is the two community-wide garage sales that we have this every year.  It is a party!  And we really don’t have to let anyone in the neighborhood to sale as we all are buying/trading with one another!
