There are 8 locations: Cornelius, Huntersville, Mooresville, Denver, Concord, South Charlotte, Matthews and now Durham! Some of the boot camp times offer childcare, so it is perfect for the moms who want to get a workout in but needs someone to watch her children. Your membership fee includes childcare.

Classes are offered multiple times a day, beginning at 5am. Yoga is also offered during the week.

Each workout is approximately 45 minutes and you start hard & finish hard. There is a warm-up that can consist of jumping jacks, lunges, jump squats, jumping lunges - getting your heart rate up early.

Each day focuses on different areas of the body. This week, we've focused on sprints, legs/burst finisher, and arms/core/back. Music with a great beat keeps you motivated during the workout, while the instructor walks around encouraging everyone and helping you modify the exercise if needed.

Any fitness level can participate and the instructors are very encouraging. All exercises can be modified and you complete the workout at your own fitness level. Burn Boot Camp focuses on overall fitness, developing lean muscle which burns more calories throughout the day. Over time, your body will become stronger and more fit - helping with your energy levels, posture, and overall strength.

Class participants are very friendly and encouraging of one another, making it a great workout experience. Burn Boot Camp offers a free 14 day test trial for any woman interested in giving it a try. Lauren is two weeks in and loving it!
